Worship Services 08/29

Sunday August 29th, the 15th Sunday after Pentecost, worship service at Galilee Lutheran Church, 8860 Soda Bay Road, will begin at 9:00 AM. The message presented by newly ordained Rev. Martha Neff Stum will be from a parable in the Gospel of Luke. The big question is “Who would you invite for dinner and what is your position at the table”. Pastor Martha will also have a special time for the children.

Come and join our friendly congregation as we worship in the great outdoors that God has created for us. This will be our last outdoor service.

Refreshments will be served after the service.

Sunday August 22, the 14th Sunday after Pentecost, worship service at Galilee Lutheran Church, 8860 Soda Bay Road, will begin at 9:00 AM. The message will be, Singing in the Choir—The Secret Path to Heaven. Special music will be provided by Bob and Marilark Johnson. There will also be a special time for children.

Sunday August 15th, the thirteenth Sunday after Pentecost, worship service at Galilee Lutheran Church, 8860 Soda Bay Road, will begin at 9:00 AM. The message, Jesus turns everything upside down and gives us what we least expect will be presented by Rev. Martha Neff Stum. Pastor Martha also has a special time for the children.

The Living Water Band featuring Christian music will be playing at the gazebo in Library Park in Lakeport at 4:00pm Sunday the 15th of August.
